1. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate. If the issue was caused by us or occurred during shipping, there will be no additional cost to the customer.
2. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or altered
- Products stored or handled improperly after delivery
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Orders submitted with an incorrect address by the customer
- Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging that does not affect the product
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Approved claims are resolved through a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
5. Orders not yet shipped
An order may be cancelled before it ships. If it has already been paid, the refund is returned to the original payment method.
6. Refunds on cryptocurrency payments
Orders paid in USDT or other cryptocurrency are refunded in the same asset on the same chain, converted at the rate on the day the refund is processed. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed, so a refund cannot follow the original path: you must supply a receiving address with your request and confirm it a second time. Losses caused by an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
7. Return shipping
If we approve a return as an exception, return shipping is paid by the customer. Where the fault is ours — wrong item, damage in transit, or a lost parcel — we cover all shipping and replacement costs.
8. How to request support
Email the support email listed in the site footer with your order number, or use online support. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
9. Rights under applicable law
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to your order.
