BPC-157 reconstitution calculator
Enter your BPC-157 vial size and the bacteriostatic water you plan to add — the tool returns the resulting concentration and the exact units to draw on a U-100 syringe. Also known as BPC157, Body Protection Compound 157.
BPC-157 reconstitution reference
How much bacteriostatic water to add, and the concentration you end up with. Values are arithmetic — not a dosage recommendation.
Commonly reconstituted around 1.67 mg/mL in the published research literature.

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 mL = 100 units, so 10 units = 0.1 mL.
on a 30-unit (0.3 mL) U-100 insulin syringe (1 unit = 0.01 mL).

General handling reference for research materials — not medical or dosage advice.
- ReconstituteDraw the bacteriostatic water with a U-100 syringe and add it slowly down the vial wall — never squirt it straight onto the powder.
- DissolveSwirl gently to dissolve; never shake hard. Let it stand until the liquid runs clear.
- DrawDraw up to the number of units calculated above on a U-100 insulin syringe.
- StoreKeep lyophilized powder cool, dark or frozen; once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within about 2–4 weeks — follow the product label.
Storage after reconstitution
Keep the lyophilized BPC-157 vial cool, dark, and sealed until you reconstitute it. Add the bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, and swirl — do not shake. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8 °C and follow the product label for the usable window; most reconstituted research peptides are handled within about 2–4 weeks.
